Evaluate psychiatric patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care. assist physicians during psychiatric assessments and mental status examinations

Provides professional nursing care for assigned patients in the emergency room. triages each patient and determines priority of care based on physical psychological and social needs as well as factors influencing patient flow through the emergency care system.

Evaluates plans, implements and documents nursing care for geriatric patient population. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Promotes patient’s independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patient and family to understand condition, medication and self-care skills

Functional responsibility: provides quality care through developing, implementing and evaluating individual patient care plans. acts as a link between the patients, their relatives and the agency they work for. Offers a range of service to help the patients and their families deal with complicated situations in order to achieve better quality of life
Minimum Education: Registered Nurse license in at least one state. BCLS and ACLS.

Assess patients’ needs and providing initial patient care, help families deal with child’s illness or injury and often offer information on nutrition, diet and good health habits

Follow nurse instructions and perform duties as assigned. Assists with activities of daily living (ADL) by serving meals and feeding patients as needed; bathing and grooming; helping patients ambulate; and turning, positioning, and transferring patients.
Minimum Education: Current and valid CNA license in at least one State, BCLS, ACLS

Conducts nursing duties like examining and treating patients, distributing medications, and assessing patients if they require further observation from a specialist outside the correctional facility.

Monitor cardiac patients in special care units, and assess changes in patients’ heart rhythms using electrocardiogram technology.

Provides direct care to patients with serious health conditions and complications and those recovering from surgery in a variety of care settings.

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals. Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines.
Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology and license in at least one state, BCLS

Responsible for evaluating needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans. Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans, works cooperatively with physicians, case managers and adjusters may supervise physical therapy assistants.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, current valid license in at least one state, BCLS.

Assist physical therapists with patients’ rehabilitative activities to help reduce pain and improve mobility. assist in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing.
Minimum Education: Associate Degree in Physical Therapy, current valid license in at least one state, BCLS.

Plans and conducts individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients develop, regain or maintain their ability to perform activities of daily living, teaches patient skills and technique and how to use adaptive aids for participating in activities.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, current valid license in at least one state, BCLS.

Functional responsibility; assist an occupational therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients who may have developmental, physical and emotional impairment. prepares equipment for treatment and may perform clerical duties.
Minimum Education: Associate Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, current valid license in at least one state, BCLS.

Provide patients, families, and groups with the psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses. services include advising family caregivers, providing patient education and counseling, and making referrals for other services.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. current valid license in at least one state, BCLS, ACLS, PALS NRP
