Registered Nurse Case Management
Functional responsibility: provides quality care through developing, implementing and evaluating individual patient care plans. acts as a link between the patients their relatives and agency they work for. Offers a range of service to help the patients and their families deal with complicated situations in order to achieve better quality of life
Minimum Education: Registered Nurse license in at least one state. BCLS and ACLS.
Registered Nurse Pediatrics
